  1. Hi, this looks like a feasible solution. I’m not going to try it just yet in the hope that Microsoft will provide an official fix.

    It strikes me as odd that this issue has arisen since the Windows 10 cumulative update on 12 June 2019 (see KB4503286). I suspect that canceling that update will make the issue go away.

    My question is why does this happen so often? The issue goes back to 2010!

  2. I have the same problem…MMC could not create the snap in…called Centurylink and had the tech person do the above and even he could not fix it…he said to take it to a PC person to fix it !!!!!

    That is $100.00 flat rate to start !!!!!! I regret ever downloading Windows 10 !!!!!!
